What we do

The purpose of the network is to build community for TMU parents and families by hosting events, sharing informational resources and providing opportunities for networking and informal mentorship. This socially innovative group promotes employee engagement, employee retention and employee satisfaction with creative and inclusive programming built from the ground up. The network is also used as a human resources recruitment tool and featured in new employee training.
