Organization Design and Dynamics
This course is designed to help students develop a theoretical understanding of organizational behaviour, and to help them improve their interpersonal skills and their ability to work productively in a team.  Topics include: employee motivation, job design, perception and diversity, interpersonal and organizational communication, team dynamics, leadership, industrial relations and legislation, power and organizational culture, stress, organizational commitment and job.
